Formation isn't just about reading more books or gaining more knowledge. Formation of the whole person is necessary with the aim of integrating formation into life and ministry contexts.
One way to ensure good formation would to have 1.Good content (through a book, church document, or program) 2. A relevant situation to apply the learned content and 3. a trusted mentor, coach, or peer to help guide your learning.
